Download and Install Your Passpoint® Profile

Tap the Start Download button below.
Tap the downloaded file in your device notifications.
Follow the prompts to finish the installation.
Tap the Install Profile button below and
accept the download.
Go to your device Settings and tap
Profile Downloaded.
Follow the prompts to finish the installation.
Click the Start Download button below to download
the passpoint profile. If your browser displays a message asking you
to allow downloads, click Allow to proceed with the
download.
Once the download is complete, open Finder and
navigate to your downloads folder. Note that the
name of the profile may be different than the one shown below.
Double-click on the profile.
Click on the Apple menu icon in the top-left corner
of your screen, and from the dropdown menu, select
System Settings or
System Preferences.
In the System Preferences window, search for
Profiles and click on Profiles. Under the
Downloaded section to the right, you will see the
profile. Note that the name of the profile may be different than the
one shown below. Double-click on the profile to begin the
installation.
A popup will appear asking you if you are sure you want to install
the profile. Click install to proceed.
To verify that the installation was successful, go back to
Profile Settings and you should now see the profile
listed under the User section.
Click the Start Download button below to download
the passpoint certificate. If your browser displays a warning
message about downloading files, click Continue or
Save to proceed with the download.
Once the download is complete, a popup will appear asking you if you
want to add the Wi-Fi network. Click Add to
proceed.
If you don't see a popup, open File Explorer and
navigate to your downloads folder. Double-click on the profile you
just downloaded.

Verify that Passpoint (Hotspot 2.0) is enabled on your device.
- Go to your device Settings and depending on your device tap Network & internet or Connections, then tap Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Settings.
- Tap on the menu icon in the top-right of the screen.
- Tap Advanced, Advanced settings or Advanced Wi-Fi settings.
- Verify that the Hotspot 2.0 or Passpoint option is enabled.
Verify the certificate was successfully installed.
- Go to your device Settings and depending on your device tap Network & internet or Connections, then tap Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Settings, then tap Saved networks, Saved networks & certificates, or Managed networks to view your saved Wi-Fi networks.
- Tap the Passpoint network you are trying to join.
- If the certificate is installed, you will see additional information about the certificate.
Verify that the profile has been installed on your device.
- Go to your device settings and tap General > Profiles.
- If the profile is installed, it should be listed under Profiles.
